Mr. Hossam Emam – Vice Chairman visited East Taimaa Project which executed by the AC company in Kuwait. He was accompanied by Eng. Hossam Fayed – Head of Sector supervising Asia Sector, Eng. Awny Tawfic – Manager of Kuwait Branch. Eng. Awny Tawfi pointed out that the accomplishment rate reached 48.6% while the percentage in the approved time schedule of the project is 35.7%, the concrete works is 95%, the finishing process is ongoing, the painting works reached 80%, the exterior networks is 55% and the construction works is 90%. The project comprises the construction, execution and maintenance of 509 houses on the modern style in East Taimaa in El Jahraa Governorate with a total cost 46 million KWD. The project is serving 4500 persons and it is built upon 373000m2. The execution period is 30 months; there are more than 1000 workers, technicians and engineers work in it. The project scope of work includes road works, infrastructure networks, car parks, public buildings, a mosque and a house for the Imam, number of shops and 9 power stations. The total area of each house is 300 m2 and the total area of the building is 425 m2 which include 2 floors. The ground floor has a diwaniya, a reception, dining and serving rooms and 4 bathrooms. The first floor has 4 bed rooms, a living room and 4 bathrooms. Mr. Hossam Emam thanked the workers for the work progress of the project and praised the quality and accuracy of the implementation. The visit was in the presence of Eng. Mohammed Omar –Project Manager, Eng. Sherif Kamal –Construction Manager, Eng. Bilal Dabour – Manager of Buildings, Mr. Emad El Saey – Human Resources Manager for the Kuwaiti Company and Mr. Ashraf Samir – Manager of Human Resources in Kuwait Branch.
