The Counselor Ahmed Khalifa – Chairman of the State Counselors Club and Eng. Mohsen Salah – CEO and Chairman of the Arab Contractors Company signed the contract of the completion of the Residential Compound for the State Counselors Club in El Tagmoaa El Khamis in New Cairo. This was in the presence of the Counselor Aly Medan – Vice Chairman of the State Counselors Club, Eng. Emam Afify – Vice Chairman of the AC, Eng. Ahmed Abbass - AC Board Member, Eng. Mohammed Lasheen – Manager of Cairo Branch, Eng. Mahmoud Qotob – Manager of the Technical Affairs and Eng. Ahmed Shawki – the Manager of the Projects. In his speech, the Counselor Ahmed Khalifa expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the company efforts in the implementation of the mega projects inside Egypt and abroad. Eng. Mohsen Salah praised the trust of the State Counselors Club's board in the Arab Contractors Company. It is a noteworthy that the project includes 30 buildings comprises 700 housing units. Each building has a ground floor and 5 typical floors. Some of the building includes a basement, each floor has 4 floors, and each apartment is 120m2. Each building has a well which accommodate 2 elevators, car parks under the buildings; besides the services area which includes swimming pool, quintet court, kids areas, shops under some of the buildings, a mosque built upon 254m2 and a surface level garage. The project works is expected to be finalized by the end of May 2020.
