The Chadian Minister of Infrastructure to the AC's Delegation: the Chadian People are Considering the AC as their National Company

The Vice Presidents Eng. Imam Afifi and Mr. Hossam Emam and Dr. Onsy El Beshouty – the Board Member were in a business tour to Chad from 16th to 17th of July. They met with Mr. Abdel Rahman Mokhtar Mohammed to congratulate him on his appointment as the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport of Chad whom praised the Arab Contractors Company. The Minister said that the Chadian people are considering the AC as their national company. He welcomed the proposal of the delegation of the AC to support the relations between the ministry and the company in order to expand its base and increase its volume in the Chadian market after AC acquiring a good reputation as a result of the quality of work and the speed of implementation of its executed projects in Chad; such a: 5-Star hotel in the capital N'Djamena and various road projects. The meeting was attended by Eng. Ibrahim Mabrouk -Head of Africa Sector, Mr. Emad Ebeid - Africa's Financial Supervisor, Eng. Mohammed El Qiaay - Chad Branch Manager and Deputy Manager of the Chadian Company.

On the other hand, Eng. Imam Afifi and Mr. Hossam Emam and Dr. Onsy El Beshouty attended the general assembly of the Chadian Arab Contractors Company for the approval of the financial statements, the final accounts for 2016/2017 and the draft budget for 2018/2019 in the presence of the main Chadian partner in the company, Eng. Ibrahim Mabrouk and Eng. Mohammed El Qiaay. Besides; they visited the Ministry of Foreign Affairs project which is executed by the Chadian Arab Contractors Company at a cost of 68.717 million Euros. It is built upon 19206 m2 and distributed as follows: 3900 m2 for buildings, 3150 m2 for green area and 12156 m2 for the roads, pavements, car park and 4 conference hall accommodate 2000 seats. The project is consisting of 2 typical towers, each one of them has 7 floors and a ground floor. There is a crossover linking between the 2 towers from the Fifth floor.
