Eng. Mohsen Salah – AC Chairman and Sheikh Sultan Al Ghurair – Chairman of Al Ghurair for Real Estate signed the contract of the construction of 2 hotel buildings in Dubai with a total value 55 million AED.
Eng. Mohsen Salah declared that this contract is considered the 1st phase among a bundle of projects with 600 million AED. He added that each building includes a ground floor, 4 typical floors for hotel built on 350 000 m?, another 10 building will be built and the execution will launch on the next year.
Eng. Salah stated that the Arab Contractors Company established many projects in UAE. Currently, the AC will delivered a 72 floors building, besides the ongoing projects of 65 floors building which will be accomplished on 2020 and 35 floors building will be completed on the beginning of 2018. He added that the work volume of the ongoing projects in UAE reached 450 million AED. He expressed his pleasure with the AC existence in the Emirati Market and its being well known and has a good fame among the huge competition there.
