Dr. Galal Moustafa El Said – Cairo Governor toured the rehabilitation works for the destructed houses after the explosion which happened nearby the Italian consulate. AC launched its works on the 2nd day of Eid El Fitr. The Cairo Governor stated that they provide alternatives for the inhabitants there either to have housing units in 6th October City or get a cash compensation to rent the housing unit according to their own choice. He stated that no inhabitant will be affected from the transform process and all of them will be compensated in case of the launching of the development project of Maspero Triangle Area.
Eng. Mohsen Salah – AC Chairman asserted that the company resuming its rehabilitation works according to the directions of the Prime Minister, the total number of the workers and engineers on site reached 100 persons.
The rehabilitation works carried out for 45 houses, the scope of works include: the rehabilitation of the damaged facades, internal damage of the walls and it will took 10 days.
