Dr. Hany Mohammed Abou Ras – Mayor of Jeddah, Eng. Mohsen Salah – AC Chairman and Dr. Roushdy Taher – AC Board Member inaugurated King Fahd Intersection Bridge with Al-Rawda Street in Al Daraga Square in Jeddah. The project objective to transform it into a free road, eliminate traffic in the intersection. Dr. Hany praised the execution ration and quality of the project; besides the operating of the project 2 weeks earlier than its scheduled date. He thanked Eng. Mohsen Salah – AC Chairman, Saudi Arabia's Branch Manager, Deputy Manager, Project Manager, Electromechanical Works Manager and the whole teamwork for their exhorted efforts.
Eng. Mubarak Saad – the Branch Manager declared that the project execution period is 15 months, total value 82 million SR. the project scope of works include: building of bridge on 2 separate sides in al Daraga Sqaure in King Fahd intersection with al Rawda Street, 587 m length – 13.5m width (3 lanes on each side). The project scope include the civil works related to the foundation such as: piling – separate reinforced concrete bases – utilities – asphalt works – lighting – agriculture –irrigation – greenery – storm water drainage.
