The Prime Minister Inaugurated Al Azhar Specialized Hospital in Nasr City

On 2nd September 2015, Eng. Ibrahim Mahlab – the Egyptian Prime Minister and Dr. Ahmed El Tayeb – Sheikh Al Azhar inaugurated Al Azhar Specialized Hospital in Nasr City which is the biggest and latest state of the art medical center in the Middle East.
During the meeting, H.H. Prime Minister directed the Arab Contractors Company to accomplish the 2nd phase of the project within 8 months instead of 16 months.
Sheikh Al Azhar thanked Eng. Mahlab for his exhorted efforts. He thanked UAE for its role in financing Al Azhar Projects.
It is noteworthy that the hospital built upon 25 feddans. The project scope of works: 8 main buildings – general site works: nursing units – emergency building – outpatient clinic - Therapeutic diagnosis – administrative building – physicians building – artery movement building – electromechanical services. The hospital includes 200 beds for ICU – 25 operation theaters (8 of them known as Capsule rooms for its being highly sterilized) – 16 rooms for Xray.
The project is executed by AC's Nasr City Branch in cooperation with Electromechanical Projects Department for General buildings and Utilities.
