5 Ministers and Giza Governor Inaugurated 30 June Garden in Imbaba Airport

Eng. Ibrahim Mahlab – Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities; Ministers of Environment, Communications and Information Technology, Media, Youth, Sport ; Giza Governor, AC Chairman, Head of the Greater Cairo Reconstruction Authority and Eng. Imam Afify – AC Board Member toured 30 June garden in Imbaba Airport which was accomplished and its total cost reached EGP 80 million.
It is built upon 38 feddans in Imbaba Airport. Its design reflects Egypt landscape (Delta – South Valley – Sinai Peninsula) it has 4 entrances: a main gate for the public and the others for the VIP and emergency. It includes 6 greeneries on its ends colored concrete paths and an industrial water lake representing 30% of the garden total area. Besides, it has waterfalls, horizontal and vertical waterwheels, boats land anchors, a lighthouse, 7 pedestrians linking the garden both sides. Moreover, the garden has different types of theaters as: the Roman, puppets and open theater; kids' corner, restaurants, cafeterias (garden restaurant – Al Fanar Cafeteria – Ring Cafeteria – Al Safina Cafeteria); an administrative office; multi use buildings and 3 car parkings. The project is executed by the Monument Restoration Department in the Arab Contractors Company.
