Eng. Mohsen Salah – AC Chairman toured October Princess, Al Gabl Al Akhdar Panorama and Tahrir Park Projects.
It is noteworthy that October Princess workdone reached 90% , it is considered one of the real estate investment projects executed by the Ac and AC for Investment with a total value EGP 150 million; it is included 260 villas.
The project of Al Gabl Al Akhdar Panorama consists of 9 buildings each one include 572 housing units (120:220m²) with a total value EGP 255 million.
Concerning Tahrir Car Park scope of work: 4 underground storeys accommodating 1700 cars, 24 touristic buses, with a total value EGP 384 million. It will facilitate the traffic and the accommodation of the huge numbers of cars frequented on Down Town.
