Egyptian-Guinean Protocol to Establish the 1st Building Researches Center in Africa

Eng. Ibrahim Mahlab – Minister of Housing and Equatorial Guinea Ambassador to Cairo signed a cooperation protocol to establish the first building researches center in Equatorial Guinea on the coming January to ensure the quality of the building material and the advancement to accomplish the projects on time there.
Eng. Mahlab stated that the ministry will provide full support to Equatorial Guinea concerning the consultations and training of Guinean cadres in the fields of controlling, following-up and projects development. Besides, he said that the whole idea was initiated by the former President Gamal Abdel Nasser on the 60s when Egypt started the reconstruction phase, cadres preparation and establishing a specialized institute to serve this objective which has become the biggest well known institute in this filed in the whole region.
It is noteworthy that the bilateral relation between Equatorial Guinea and Egypt is strength and they support each other in different occasions as 30 June Revolution. Besides, the good relation between Eng. Mahlab and Guinean President.
The Arab Contractors Company currently executed development projects in EQ with total value more than EGP 2 billion.
