The project façade from aluminum and glass, it consists of 5 basements, ground floor, 3 upper car parkings, 2 electromechanic floors and 57 typical floors 12 apartment for each. The sky spiral includes a mall consisting of 22 shops, swimming pool, gym and garage with a capacity of 160 cars. AC carries on the foundation works, the concrete structure of the building including the water proof system using PVC membrane as an isolation method for the sky spiral.
