Eng. Ashraf Rateb, the Board Member announced the signing of the construction of the residential complex contract, with a total value 36 million US$ in Limete municipality in Kinshasa – Congo. This contract is the first one in the Democratic Republic of the Congo which is the largest country on the River Nile basin and the second largest country in Africa. It is noteworthy that Eng. Ashraf signed a joint venture with the national authority for the social insurance to execute this complex including 9 buildings (534m² for each), a show room on 700m², a wall 350ml, 33 shops (28.75m²), foundation, lighting and landscape.
