Transferring BC30 Bauer from Closed Hydraulic System into Open System

The AC workers in the foundation department gained another unprecedented success in transferring a drilling machine BC30 Bauer (Made in German) - which decreased to 29% from its capacity for its repeated malfunction – from closed hydraulic system into open system. Besides, dealing with the computer system to accommodate the new modifications, monitoring and controlling the drilling depth and feeding speed. It is noteworthy that this equipment has been used in the Giant Containers and Tahrir Car Park projects. The working hours of the equipment increased from 1500 to 7000 hours. The equipment repaired in less than 3 months with total value 800000 EGP. The equipment tested and will be transferred to Suez Power Plant to execute the diaphragm walls with a value 6 million EGP. This development saving 35 million EGP for the company and increase the equipment productivity from 12 hours to 18 hours without malfunction.
