Within the framework of celebrating the anniversary of Chad's national day; Prime Minister of Chad Mr. Emmanuel Nadingar on behalf of President Idriss Deby lays the foundation stone of "Angora - N'Djamena – Balala" road project (total length is 120 km). AC awarded this contract with a total value 72 million Euros, execution period is 34 months and it contributes in mingling the Chadian citizen and strengthening their socio-economic relations.
