The Arab Contractors donates to develop and renovate the Suez Canal Villa to serve as Administrative Headquarters for Zewail University of Science and Technology

To illustrate its deep understanding of its national and social role, the company has been involved in the major specialized industrial construction projects demonstrating that its country was always in good hands.



A major renovation of the Suez Canal Villa started on July 20th, 2011 to re-purpose the building to serve as Administrative Headquarters for Zewail University of Science and Technology .



An extensive electrical, carpentry, sanitary, paints, marble, air conditioning work in addition to a subsequent external realignment were needed, while maintaining its unique heritage characteristics.



The full restoration, donated by the company, could cost up to four million and a half pounds.



The renovation and development, having  the highest level of fit and finish were completed on October 30th, 2011.
