Headed by the Prime Minister with the presence of 6 ministers and Arab Contractors Chairman searching the State Housing Program and urgent Libyan needs

The prime minister, Dr. Essam Sharaf, has held 2 cabinet meetings to discuss State Housing Program (2012-2017), in the morning of Monday September 12. The plan aims to accommodate 10 million citizens within 5 years.
It was suggested to offer 300,000 pieces of land through public lottery and to construct million housing units for limited income Egyptians.
Urgent needs for Libyan reconstruction was also discussed during these meetings.
This was in the presence of the deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs and the Minister of Finance Hazem al-Beblawy, The Minister of International Cooperation Fayza Aboul Naga, the Minister of Housing, Utilities &Urban Development Dr. Fathi El Baradei, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Mohamed Kamel Amr, the Minister of Local Development Counselor/ Mahmoud Attia, 2 Deputy Minister of Planning, Solidarity and Social Justice, the President &CEO of the Arab Contractors Co. Eng.Ibrahim Mahlab.
A high level ministerial delegation will be dispatched to highlight urgent Libyan needs, led by Minister of Foreign Affairs, comprising a number of ministers and companies representatives and businessmen.
