Eng. Ibrahim Mahlab – President & CEO of the Arab Contractors Co. toured the company branches, department and joint ventures (Alexandria – Assiut – Aswan – Ismailia – Shoubra – Maasara – Overhauling Workshops…etc.). The main objective of these tours is to meet with the company workers, explain the company vision towards future and discuss their problems. Eng. Mahlab took many decisions concerning the pricing strategy and performance evaluation, the modification of the working hours, the temporary workers and their contracts, increasing the minimum daily wage and net monthly income of the temporary workers (600 EGP/25 working days), adding a new sector for inspection and following-up and forming several committees to discuss the complaints of workers and solve it.
