On Thursday 21st January 2010, Dr. Ahmed Nazif - Prime Minister inaugurated Al Zawiat Al Hamraa Roadway (Manshiat Al Gaml Bridge – Al Waily Way – Abdul Maguid Selim). In the presence of Eng. Ahmed El Maghrabi – Minister of Housing, Utilities & Urban Development, General Abdel Azim Wazir - Cairo Governor, Eng. Ibrahim Mahlab, President and CEO of the Arab Contractors Company and Eng. Mohammed Samy Saad– Vice President. It is noteworthy that the project total value is EGP 140 million and it is contributing in the traffic facilitation. Eng. Mohammed Abd El Monem Sayed – Head of Bridges and Specialized Structures Sector, his deputy Eng. Mahmoud Tawkol and Eng. Mohammed Gamal – the Project Manager stated that the Arab Contractors Company used the state of the art bridges designs and the recent methods in joints executions.
