On Saturday 19th December 2009, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Sayed Ibrahim – President of Sohag University and Eng. Ibrahim Mahlab – President and CEO of the Arab Contractors while touring the new buildings of the University. In the presence of a group of the university leaders, AC Board Members: Eng. Mohammed Adel Fathi and Eng. Ahmed Abdel Aziz, Eng. Nouh Meshref – the Consultant of the president & CEO, Eng. Tharwat Taha – Manager of Assiut Branch, Eng. Gamal El Din Abdullah – Deputy Manager of the Branch and Eng. Gamal El Din Ahmed – Projects Manager. Eng. Gamal El din declared that the project total estimated value is EGP 82million while it was expected total value was EGP 180million which includes: a livestock production farm – delivered last may, the building of the Faculty of Commerce, benches complex, conference hall, services building- it is scheduled to be accomplished on March 2010. Besides; the execution of the Faculty of Arts building, a hostel, a central restaurant, a sewage network and a potable water supplying network. Dr. Mohammed Sayed Ibrahim – President of Sohag University praised AC effort and awarded Eng. Ibrahim Mahlab the university armor for his great concern with the quality of the work of the university project and its accomplishment in a record time to gain its scientific benefit as soon as possible.
