President Mubarak Inaugurated Tammia Water Station and the Desert Hinterland Villages in Fayoum

On Thursday 8th October 2009, President Mubarak inaugurated Tammia water station and networks and the desert hinterland villages (Al Ryan and Al Mahmoudiya villages) projects in Fayoum. It’s noteworthy that Tammia water station’s total capacity is 170 000 m3/day., its cost is a billion EGP approx. and ahead of schedule with more than a year. In the presence of the ministers of: defense, military production, housing, utilities and urban development, local development, information, transport, health, Fayoum governor, Eng. Ibrahim Mahlab - Chairman and CEO of the Arab Contractors Company, Eng. Hassan Khaled - National Authority for Potable Water and Sanitary Drainage and Eng. Nouh Meshref - Vice President.
