On Saturday, 28th February, 2009 Eng. Ibrahim Mahlab – President and CEO of the Arab Contractors, Eng. Nouh Meshref - Vice President for Execution and Technical Affairs, Eng. Osman El Shemi - The Head of Helwan and Nasr City Sector and Eng. Hassan El Far - Manager of Helwan Branch while touring El Saff and Atfih Potable Water Stations which expected to be completed before the end of this year. It is noteworthy that El Saff Water Station serving El Saff and 19 affiliated villages. It is divided into two stages; the 1st stage with a total capacity 700 l/s and the 2nd stage with a total capacity 1400 l/s. Its expected total cost is EGP 233 million. Atfih Water Station is serving Atfih and 25 affiliated villages. It is divided into two stages with total capacity 1400 l/s and total cost EGP 169 million.
