Within the framework of promoting the cooperation between Egypt and Gabon, Eng. Ibrahim Mahlab – President and CEO of the AC received Gabon Minister of Foreign Affairs accompanied by a delegation in his office on Wednesday 3rd of September 2008, to discuss cooperation in the construction of a number of the stadiums that will be raised by the Africa Cup in 2012. Ambassador of Gabon in Egypt and Eng. Faisal Mortada, Senior Vice-President of the AC attended the visit. It is noteworthy that this visit comes within the framework of the invitation of the Gabonese President, Omar Bongo to benefit from the Arab
contractors company experience in this field. This mutual cooperation considered an opportunity to penetrate the Gabonese contracting market and participate in the implementation of infrastructure, roadways and ports porjects in Gabon.
