In accordance with Arab Contractors strategy of competing on private sector projects, Eng. Ibrahim Mahlab - President of The Arab Contractors and Mr. Mohamed Abou El-Einein - President of Cleopatra Group for the production of Ceramics and Sanitary Equipments have signed on Saturday 17th of June a contract for the construction of a residential-administrative-commercial high-rise building in El-Azarita Alexandria, Arab Contractors won the tender at a price of 150 Millions Egyptian Pounds and the project will be completed in 36 months.
Eng. Faisal Mortada - First Vice President of Arab Contractors and Eng. Nooh Meshref and Osama Shawky - both Vice President of Arab Contractors attended the signing ceremony as well as a number of directors from Arab Contractors and Ceramica Cleopatra.
The building will be constructed on an area of 4800 m2 and will be composed of two underground floors followed by 4 state of the art floors for commercial uses equipped with elevators, electrical escalators and central air condition. The building will also have 14 floors for residential and administrative purposes.
