1. Batching Plants:
The department owned 25 automated concrete batching plants,
capacity 30:120 m3/hour. Concrete Truck Mixers and Transmixers: Ready Mixed Concrete
Department has 111 concrete transmixers, capacity 6 to10m3
2. Concrete Pumps:
The department owned 18 concrete pumps: truck-mounted
concrete pumps, with a boom length 21:42m, and 7 stationary concrete pumps, vertical
reach is150m and horizontal reach is 500m.
3. Ancillary Equipment:
the department has a fleet of ancillary equipment
such as: loaders, bulk cement trucks, electricity generators, chillers, trucks and
different vehicles. Besides; maintenance works for different kinds of equipment
in central and truck workshops including the skilled specialized engineers and technicians
to ensure the equipment quality and highly performance.
4. Quality & Laboratories:
Since its establishment, the ready mixed concrete
sector pay much attention to quality factor to satisfy the clients' needs. Each
plant has a laboratory for its services. Besides the central lab, which is one of
the most specialized lab in Egypt. The central lab includes the skilled specialized
engineers and technicians, testing equipment, customers services and administrative
works. The ready mixed concrete department received ISO 9001 certificates in concrete
designing, mixing, transporting and pouring which means that we have standard certified
quality management systems.
