1. Light Weight Concrete
(LWC)
Its density varied from 1000 to 2000 kg/m³ using light-weight
aggregate to produce concrete according to the required density and criteria.
2. Heavy Weight Concrete
Its density varied from 2500 to 4000 kg/m³
using heavy-weight aggregate to produce concrete according to the required density
and criteria.
3. Normal Weight Concrete
By using Normal Portland Cement or Sulfate
Resistant Portland Cement, admixtures & silica fumes with different operating
methods varied according to the pouring type. The cube compressive strength ranged
between 100 kg/cm² to 4000 kg/cm² after 28 days.
4. Highly Performance Concrete
By using Normal Portland Cement or Sulfate
Resistant Portland Cement, admixtures & silica fumes. The cube compressive strength
reaches 800 kg/cm² after 28 days.
5. Special concrete
Using admixtures, polyethylene, polypropylene
increased resistance to cracks, tension and enhance concrete durability.
6. Early Age Crack Resistance Concrete
The cube compressive strength reaches 200
kg/cm² after 24 hours by using special admixtures. By using highly operating method
in pouring the concrete the cube compressive strength reaches 200 kg/cm² after an
hour.
