Technical Specifications:

• Varied dimensions according to use.
• Main Frame: 3 mm cold-formed steel sections.
• Outer Walls: 40 mm polyyortan sandwich panels (moisture isolator) and the facade 5.0 mm pre-coated galvanized steel sheets.
• Inner walls with the same specifications of the outer walls in addition to decorative wood covered with PVC or artificial crust.
• Flooring: 20 mm plywood floor covered with vinyl or high-density MDF.
• Roof: the upper layer made from 0.5 mm corrugated galvanized iron sheet with a slope shape to ease storm-water drainage and the bottom layer made from 60 cm * 60 cm Armstrong tiles.
• Doors and Windows: black or silver anodized aluminum sections for the external doors.
• Electrical Works: executing all the required electrical connections to install the required spotlights.
• Plumbing Works: executing all the internal connections and using sets made by the best Egyptian companies in the sanitary works.
