Production Capacity: 30 Manholes / Day

The Factory including the followings:

• Batching plant 55m³/day for semi-dry concrete production
• ouring machine for manholes and pipes
• Metal moulds for manholes and pipes components, including a group of vibrators.

 The Advantages of the manhole production line:

1. High production rates 15 manholes / night shift (8 hours)
2. High quality surface finishing
3. Manufacturing is according to the American standards and the Egyptian code.

Manholes Components:

• A circular base slab 1200mm internal diameter and 900mm high
• Risers with different height 1200, 900, 600, 300mm
• Flat or conical covers upon client request.

Productions under study:

• Moulds for circular manholes 80, 100, 150cm diameters on the production line.
• Moulds for circular manholes 300cm diameters.
• Moulds for square manholes 300cm diameters.
