Eng. Nouh Ahmed Meshref
is the Vice-Chairman of technical & execution affairs of the Arab Contractors
Company, one of the pioneer companies in construction industry in Africa and the
Middle East.
Meshref joined Arab Contractors in 1969, the same year he graduated from Faculty
of Engineering – Civil Department, He got several positions in different departments
and branches either inside Egypt or abroad like Libya and Saudi Arabia. In 1980
he occupied project manager of Namera Mosque and member of executive board in Saudi
Contractors ,In 1986 he served deputy manager of the housing department , In 1991
he served deputy manager of Libya branch , In 1993 he served deputy manager of Helwan
branch and in 1995 was chosen as a general manager of Helwan branch.
In 1997 he was chosen as a board member of Arab Contractors and in December 2001
he served his current position as a vice-chairman of technical and execution affairs.
Eng Meshref has occupied other positions which are:
Chairman of Misr International Contracting Company , Chairman of Employers Housing
Fund , Board Member of Green Valley investments Company, Board Member of the Arab
Contractors Investments Company , Board Member of the Arab Contractors Sporting
Club and The board Member of Arab Contractors Employees Insurance Fund.
Eng Meshref shared many important domestic and international projects like: the
complementary works of the High Dam, Oqba Ibn Nafea Military Base – Libya Tripoli
University-Libya, Martyr Ahmed Hamdy Tunnel, and as a project manager for Maadi
Residential Towers , project of Namera Mosque in Mecca - Saudi Arabia and the Military
Housing Project in Maadi & Zahraa Nasr City.
