MR. EL-ZORBA is the Chairman of Nile Holding Company, which holds an interest in several corporations in different sectors.

He is the President of Union of Mediterranean Confederations of Enterprises – BUSINESSMED.
He is the Co-Chairman of Egypt-US Business Council.

He is a member of the board of directors of:

• EGYPT KUWAIT HOLDING Company, active in oil and gas, glass, chemicals and other industries.
• THE ARAB CONTRACTORS, one of the largest constructions contractors in Egypt and in related construction products and services.
• ALWATANY BANK OF EGYPT

He is also active in the public and social fields in Egypt supporting NGO’s such as:

• FEDERATION OF EGYPTIAN INDUSTRIES - Chairman.
• EGYPTIAN EXPORTER ASSOCIATION – Chairman.
• EGYPTIAN CENTER FOR ECONOMIC STUDIES – Board Member and others.

MR. EL-ZORBA holds a B. A. degree in Business Administration from Alexandria University.
