Mr. Amr El Garhi
Vice-Chairman and Deputy Member of National Investment Bank (NIB).
Currently occupying the post of vice Chairman and Managing Director of the National Investment Bank, since November 2004.
The National Investment Bank is one of the financial institution pioneer in the investment sector in Egypt. It was established in 1980 as one of the specialized banks in the investment sector. The Bank has contributed in serving the national economy as it participates in a large way to finance the ambitious investment projects in all the sectors. Its role is not limited only in the financial side, but it contributes in offering a stable business environment to the entire economy and it reinforces the performance of the general institutions by supervising and following up all investment projects financed by the bank in a continuous and effective way.
Before occupying this current post, he was occupying several posts such as :-

Deputy chief executive officer in El Ahli Bank in Qatar .

Managing director in EFG Hermes.
- Executive director in the commercial International Investment company ( CIIC ) .

Credit Senior Manager in the commercial International Bank.
Since Mr / Amr El Garhy has occupying the post of vice Chairman and Managing Director of the National Investment Bank, he participated in a lot of important achievements such as being :

A member in the committee responsible of revising the adoption of the evaluation of the quota of the capital of Alexandria bank which is being bought by the italian institution of San Pawlo Emy.

A member in a group of experts responsible of introducing the nuclear electricity in Egypt.

A member in a group of experts responsible of marketing the bonds of the Egyptian government in the international markets.

The chief of the committee responsible of the execution of the agreement of the arrangements of the subsidies of the petrolium products.
